This talk will reflect on ResearchOps as a craft - the transferable skills I made use of and the new skills I have learned to transition from Research to ResearchOps. We’ll discuss how a learning and growth mindset helps me to keep up with the evolving challenges of running a ReOps team and meeting the needs of researchers over the last 4 years with ways you can expand your mindset as well.
